These terms govern your application to, enrolment in, and participation in programmes delivered by The AI-Native Accelerator, a trading brand of With Curious Growth Ltd ("we", "us"). By applying or enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Places are offered by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place and does not create a contract. We assess each application for suitability and will let you know the outcome. A place is offered at our discretion.
If we offer you a place, your enrolment is confirmed when we receive full payment, unless we agree alternative payment arrangements in writing. Payment is processed by Stripe; by paying, you agree to Stripe's terms. The founding cohort (Cohort 1) is priced at GBP 999. With Curious Growth Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Where two or more people from the same business enrol, each seat is priced at GBP 749, and we can invoice the business directly. The price that applies is the one shown on the programme page at the time you enrol.
One code applies per seat, codes cannot be combined, and no seat is sold for less than GBP 749. Codes are personal to the person they were issued to and cannot be exchanged for cash. Codes are issued to enrolled participants and to our AI Coaches; a buyer who enrols with a code issued to an AI Coach pays GBP 899.
Bring someone. When you enrol, you receive a personal referral code. If someone you refer applies, is accepted, and enrols using your code, they pay GBP 749, and we refund the difference between what you paid for your seat and GBP 749, up to a maximum of GBP 250, to your card on Monday 2 November 2026. The refund applies only where the person you referred is still enrolled on 2 November 2026. If you have already paid GBP 749 or less, no refund is due. Each further person who enrols with your code earns you a 30-minute 1:1 session with Liam Darmody instead of a further refund. Where two people enrol together before either holds a code, the first pays the full price, the second uses the first person's code, and the first person's refund is issued on 2 November 2026.
Where a buyer could be credited to more than one referrer, the code used at checkout decides; if no code was used, the referrer named on the application decides. Each enrolment earns one referral reward.
You need a computer you can install apps on and that can run Rundock: a Mac or Windows PC using the Rundock desktop app, or a Linux machine running Rundock in the browser (suited to technical users). If you will use work information, you need your employer's agreement to use Claude with it. You are responsible for having the hardware and the third-party accounts named on the programme page, for example a Claude subscription. If you cannot meet the technical requirements, contact us before enrolling.
As a consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of the day your enrolment is confirmed, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
UK law gives you 14 days to change your mind after paying. The cohort starts inside that window, so you'll be asked to confirm you'd like it to start on schedule. If you cancel once it has started, you get a refund for the weeks still to come. For example, cancel after Week 1 and you get back the cost of Weeks 2 to 4. You confirm this when you accept these terms at checkout. The cohort starts when pre-work opens on Monday 19 October 2026. Our guarantees below are offered in addition to this right.
We offer two guarantees, exactly as described on the programme page.
The Show-Up Guarantee. Come to all four Builders Clinics, catch every Module live or on the recording, and share each week's build. Sharing each week's build means sharing it in the Builders Clinic or in the builders community by the following Monday. If you are not satisfied at Demo Day (Thursday 19 November 2026), tell us by 23:59 UK time on Friday 20 November 2026, and we will refund in full what you paid, less any referral refund we have already made to you.
The Pre-Start Guarantee. Cancel at any time before pre-work opens on Monday 19 October 2026 for a full refund. Or move your place to the next cohort instead; if the next cohort has not run by 31 December 2027, we will refund your fee in full.
If you complete the cohort and your business starts a team rollout with us within 90 days of Demo Day (Thursday 19 November 2026), half of the cohort fee you paid is credited against the rollout fee. The credit applies once per participant, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred.
We reserve the right to modify programme content, delivery format, or schedule where reasonably necessary. Where we make a significant change, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund at our discretion. If we have to cancel a cohort before it begins, you will receive a full refund.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the delivery team and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove a participant without refund where their conduct gets in the way of other participants or harms others.
Programme materials, including recordings, frameworks, templates, and written resources, are the intellectual property of With Curious Growth Ltd and are licensed to you for your own personal and business use. The AI Operating System, agents, and work you build during the programme are yours to keep and use, including commercially. You may not share, resell, or reproduce our programme materials themselves without our written permission.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the programme. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation or inability to participate. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
