A place on a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is processed via Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
A full refund policy will be published here. The satisfaction guarantee described on the programme page is subject to the conditions set out in this section.
We reserve the right to modify programme content, delivery format, or schedule where reasonably necessary. Where a significant change is made, you will be notified and offered an alternative or refund at our discretion.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove a participant without refund where conduct is disruptive or harmful to others.
Programme materials — including video recordings, frameworks, templates, and written resources — are the intellectual property of With Curious Growth Ltd. They are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or reproduce them without written permission.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the programme. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation or inability to participate.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
