These terms govern your application to, enrolment in, and participation in programmes delivered by The AI-Native Accelerator, a trading brand of With Curious Growth Ltd ("we", "us"). By applying or enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Places are offered by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place and does not create a contract. We assess each application for suitability and will let you know the outcome. A place is offered at our discretion.
If we offer you a place, your enrolment is confirmed when we receive full payment, unless we agree alternative payment arrangements in writing. Payment is processed by Stripe; by paying, you agree to Stripe's terms. Cohort 1 is priced at GBP 1,499, with a Founding Five rate of GBP 999 for the first five participants to enrol. The price that applies is the one shown on the programme page at the time you enrol.
Cohort 1 requires an Apple silicon Mac (M1 or later). You are responsible for having the hardware and the third-party accounts named on the programme page, for example a Claude subscription. If you cannot meet the technical requirements, contact us before enrolling.
As a consumer buying online, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of enrolment under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where a programme, including its pre-work, begins within that 14-day period, you agree that delivery may start during the cooling-off period; if the programme is then fully performed, the statutory right to cancel is lost. Our First-Week Refund below is offered in addition to, and is more generous than, this statutory right.
We offer two guarantees, exactly as described on the programme page.
The First-Week Refund. If, by the end of Week 1, you have completed the assignments set and decide this is not the skill you want to build, tell us and we will refund your fee in full. To qualify, you must have completed the Week 1 assignments and contact us by the end of Week 1.
The Ship-It Guarantee. By the end of Week 4 you will have a working AI Operating System: at least three agents trained on your business, your voice, and your values, doing real work for you. If you have completed the assignments and have not shipped a working system, we will keep working with you in the Builders Clinic, at no additional fee, until you have. This guarantee is a commitment of further support, not a cash refund.
We reserve the right to modify programme content, delivery format, or schedule where reasonably necessary. Where we make a significant change, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund at our discretion. If we have to cancel a cohort before it begins, you will receive a full refund.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove a participant without refund where their conduct is disruptive or harmful to others.
Programme materials, including recordings, frameworks, templates, and written resources, are the intellectual property of With Curious Growth Ltd and are licensed to you for your own personal and business use. The AI Operating System, agents, and work you build during the programme are yours to keep and use, including commercially. You may not share, resell, or reproduce our programme materials themselves without our written permission.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the programme. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation or inability to participate. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
