Your agents know your work

You already use AI, probably every day. The work is still yours, though: prompt, copy, paste, fix. An AI Operating System is a workspace where your agents know your business and your voice, and hand you back finished work.

Built in Rundock, no code

You build it in Rundock, which Liam built, on Claude Pro. Rundock is a visual workspace with no code to write. Setup needs one line pasted into your computer's terminal, and we walk you through it in Week 0. It runs as a desktop app on Mac and Windows, and in the browser on Linux (technical users).

You start from a working team

You don't start from a blank page. Week 0 begins with the free Lean Agent Team: a Chief of Staff, an EA and a Content Lead. The cohort is what makes it yours. Everything you learn carries over to any AI platform.

Who this is for

This is the right cohort for you if:

How the cohort runs

Length: 4 weeks live, 1 week pre-work, 5 weeks total. Pre-work opens Monday 19 October. Week 1 starts Monday 26 October. Demo Day is Thursday 19 November.
Cohort size: 15 seats maximum. The Builders Clinic is hands-on and screens get shared, so the group stays small.
Module session: Tuesdays at 5pm UK time. 60 minutes. Live, and recorded so you can catch up.
Builders Clinic: Thursdays at 5pm UK time. 90 minutes. Live only, hands-on in small breakout rooms, with screens shared. Not recorded.
Async lesson: Unlocks each Monday morning. About 60 minutes to read. Workbook exercises included.
Builders community: Lifetime access to the private builders community. Liam answers questions on weekdays during the cohort.
Time commitment: About 5 hours per week (1 hour lesson, 2.5 hours live, 1.5 hours building).
Tools: Claude Pro (required, about £20/month, paid separately) plus Rundock (free).

Someone you refer applies, is accepted, and enrols with your code. They pay £749.
You get up to £250 back on your seat, so a £999 seat comes down to £749.
Refunds go out on Monday 2 November, as long as the person you brought is still enrolled then.

Got a code from a participant? You pay £749. Got one from an AI Coach? You pay £899, and if you then bring someone, you both end up at £749. Applying together? One of you enrols first and shares their code, and the refund follows on 2 November. Each further person you bring earns you a 30-minute 1:1 with Liam. Common questions

I am not technical. Can I do this?

Yes. The cohort is built for non-coders. You will not write code. Claude Code does that. Rundock is the visual workspace. If you can describe what you want, you can build with this. Every session comes with troubleshooting prompts and live cohort support.

What do I need?

A computer you can install apps on, and your employer's OK to use Claude with work information. Rundock has a desktop app for Mac and Windows, and runs in the browser on Linux (technical users). You also need Claude Pro, about £20 a month, paid separately to Anthropic. It includes Claude Code. Rundock is free.

No work laptop, or no employer OK yet?

Start with your own work first. You can build a personal AI Operating System on your own computer and bring it to work once you have the OK.

Am I locked into Rundock?

No. Rundock is the workspace you build in during the cohort. Keep it long term or treat it as training wheels. Everything you learn, from context files to skills to agent design, transfers to any AI platform.

What if I miss a session?

Module sessions are recorded, so you can catch up on anything you miss. Builders Clinics are live only and not recorded: they are hands-on, in small breakout rooms, and they are where the building happens, so plan to be there.

I already use ChatGPT every day. Why do I need this?

ChatGPT is extremely powerful and stops at the point you have to copy and paste. An AI Operating System turns those outputs into finished, published work, wired into how you already work, written in your actual voice. That is the difference between using AI and building with it.

Can't I learn this for free?

You can start for free with the Lean Agent Team. What the cohort adds is four weeks building on your own work, a coach on your screen when it breaks, and a Demo Day date to finish by.

Can I use the skills and agents I build for client work?

Yes. Everything you build is yours, including for client work. If you run an agency or a coaching business, you can productise parts of your system for clients.

What happens after the four weeks?

You keep everything: Module recordings, curriculum, skills, agents, and lifetime access to the private builders community. If you want bespoke help rolling this out across your team, see our team rollout service.

Will this make me redundant?

No. It takes recurring work off your plate, so you spend more of your time on the work people pay you for.
