Build your AI Operating
System in 4 weeks.

Most people use AI like a chatbot. You'll build an AI Operating System: a team of agents trained on your work, your voice, and your values, that runs your business with you.

Built for solopreneurs, coaches, consultants, and owners of small businesses. Plus leaders who want to build it themselves before bringing it to their team.

Becoming AI-native is no longer optional. It is how you stay competitive.

By the end of Week 4, you will have:

Your AI Operating System

A working setup for your work, with context files, skills, and three named AI agents already doing real work for you.

A Chief of Staff

That knows your week, your priorities, and your calendar.

A Content Lead

That writes in your voice, in your structure, on your topics, without you babysitting every draft.

An EA

That handles your inbox, your meeting prep, and your follow-ups.

A working website or tool

A website, an internal tool, a content engine. Built with your agents, and actually working.

The skills to extend the system yourself

Forever, without us.

Why build an AI Operating System?

You already use AI. You probably use it every day. And you already know the gap between what it does now and what it could do for your actual work.

Most people are still using AI like a chatbot. They open ChatGPT, paste a prompt, copy the output, paste it into a doc, and move on. The output is fine. The work is still being done by you. The AI is a faster typist, nothing more.

An AI Operating System is different. It is a workspace where your AI knows your business, your voice, your customers, your calendar, and your work. It does not need to be told every time. It does the work, in your style, integrated with your tools, and hands you back finished output.

The gap between people who use AI as a chatbot and people who use AI as an operating system will be enormous in 18 months. The four weeks of this cohort is the work that closes it.

Why Claude Code, and why Rundock?

You get a visual workspace where your agents do real work. No terminal, no command line, no code editor required. Rundock, built by Liam, is that workspace. If you can describe what you want, you can build it.

Claude Code takes one of the best AI models in the world and gives it your files, your machine, and your tools to work on. Claude Code handles the code. You design, supervise, and ship.

The Rundock workspace: a visual agent team with an org chart of named AI agents, a conversations panel, and a routines sidebar.

Four weeks.
Four working outcomes.

One Module session and one Builders Clinic per week. An async lesson and workbook exercises are released each Monday morning.

Pre-WorkFoundations

Setup Week

Get ready to build. Install Rundock, set up your Claude Pro account, complete the Architect's Workbook, and start your context document. Approximately 2 hours of self-paced work, unlocked seven days before Week 1.

You arrive on Day 1 ready to build, not ready to install.

Ready to build Rundock installed, Claude Pro active, Architect's Workbook started, context document begun.
Week 1Clarity

Your AI Operating System Foundations

Set up your workspace, document who you are, and ship your first working agent. You will map your week, identify the work that should already be off your plate, and name the capabilities you wish you had. That becomes your context document: the foundation every agent you build will inherit from.

By the end of the week, you have a working Rundock workspace, a finished context document, and your first agent doing real work.

You walk away with Your AI Operating System workspace, your context document, your first agent.
Week 2Align

Your Chief of Staff

Build the agent that knows your week. Your Chief of Staff is the orchestrator. It reads your calendar, holds your priorities, knows what matters this week, and routes work to the right specialist agents. It is the first member of your team and the agent every other agent answers to.

We will train it on your real calendar, your real priorities, and the rhythm of how you actually work, not how someone else thinks you should.

You walk away with A Chief of Staff agent running your week, integrated with your calendar and priorities.
Week 3Build

Your AI Co-Workers

Build the specialists. Your Content Lead writes in your voice. Your EA handles your inbox and your follow-ups. Your third specialist is whatever your business needs most: a research agent, a sales agent, a customer onboarding agent, a finance agent.

You will leave with at least one agent that automates work you have been doing for years, and at least one that augments a capability you never had.

You walk away with Three specialist agents in production, trained on your voice and your business.
Week 4Ship

Your working website or tool

Use your team to build something real. By Week 4 your AI co-workers are running. The proof they are working is that you can now build something you could not have built before. A website. An internal tool. A content engine. A side project. You pick.

You present what you built to the cohort, and everyone else does the same. You leave with a working website or tool, a 90-day extension roadmap, and a story your customers, clients, or team can see.

You walk away with A working website or tool, a 90-day roadmap, and the proof your AI Operating System works.

The team behind The AI-Native Accelerator

Builder, Operator, Identity Architect. Each brings a different discipline. Together they cover everything it takes to build an AI team that actually runs your business.

Liam Darmody The Builder

Liam Darmody

Built Rundock, the agent orchestration tool used to run this cohort. Has spent the last year training senior product leaders, exec search firms, and coaches to build AI agent teams. Spent a decade at Pivotal Labs and VMware teaching teams to work differently, then leaving with the capability embedded.

Owns the build work. Walks you through Rundock, the agent architecture, and the technical decisions you need to get right.

Patrick Giwa The Operator

Patrick Giwa

Founder of AI Impact. Has shipped change programmes inside large organisations for over a decade. Now brings the same change-delivery rigour to solopreneurs and small business owners. Co-runs AI training sessions with Liam for exec search firms and small business clients.

Owns the cohort experience end to end. Holds the rhythm, makes sure nobody falls behind, runs the Builders Clinic, and keeps every participant moving forward.

James Compton The Identity Architect

James Compton

Founder of Limitless Leading. Has spent his career working with senior professionals on identity, purpose, and the work that actually matters. Runs his own business on a 12-specialist AI Operating System, an integrated daily playbook, and a weekly Life Vision Review.

Owns the identity work in Week 1 and the ship-and-reflect framing in Week 4. The AI Operating System is a tool. James makes sure it is the right tool for the life you actually want.

The economics

The team you would hire
if you could afford it.
For the price of a subscription.

A Chief of Staff. A Content Lead. An EA. The specialists a growing business needs and a solo operator can rarely justify. Your AI Operating System gives you the team without the headcount.

The bonuses

Yours forever. Delivered the day you enrol.

The Architect's Workbook

£249 value

The identity-first OS design exercise. Who do you want your team of agents to actually serve? What work do you want to stop doing yourself? James-authored, delivered as part of pre-work.

The CLAUDE.md Personal Template

£199 value

The exact context-file template the team uses for their own AI Operating System workspaces. The file that tells Claude who you are, how you work, and what rules to follow. Pre-loaded with sensible defaults.

The Voice Lab Skill

£149 value

A skill that analyses your writing, identifies your signature phrases, and refines your voice profile over time. The more you use it, the more your agents sound like you.

The Personal Brand Skill Kit

£349 value

Copy, design, and content skills bundled into one install. Drop the kit into your AI Operating System workspace and your agents inherit it on day one. Stop building from scratch.

You ship, or we keep working with you.

The Ship-It Guarantee

By the end of Week 4 you will have a working AI Operating System: a minimum of three agents trained on your business, your voice, and your values, doing real work for you. If you have done the assignments and you have not shipped a working OS, we keep working with you in the Builders Clinic, at no additional fee, until you have.

The First-Week Refund

If, by the end of Week 1, you have completed the assignments and decided this is not the skill you want to build, let us know. Full refund. No questions.

Who this is for

This is the right cohort for you if:

  • You run your own business, or you are about to. Solopreneur, coach, consultant, agency owner, founder of a 1 to 10 person team. This cohort is built for people who decide what gets built.
  • You are a leader at a larger business who wants to try this yourself first before bringing it to your team. Building it yourself first means you know exactly what you are asking your team to do.
  • You already use AI but you suspect you are not using it well. This cohort closes the gap between copy-pasting prompts and running a system.
  • You are willing to spend about 5 hours a week for 4 weeks to fix that. One Module session, one Builders Clinic, an async lesson, and the building you do in between.
  • You are on a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later). Rundock runs cleanly there. Cohort 2 will support Windows.
  • You can describe what you want, even if you cannot code it. Claude Code handles the code. You design and supervise.

This is the wrong cohort for you if:

  • You want a magic AI tool that does everything without you understanding any of it. This is a builder's cohort. You will be designing the system yourself.
  • Your time belongs to someone else and they decide what gets built. This works when you control your own work. If you need stakeholder sign-off for every build decision, a bespoke team rollout is the right format.
  • You are on Windows. Cohort 1 is Mac silicon only. Cohort 2 will support Windows.
  • You are a software engineer already shipping with Claude Code. You would be ahead of the curriculum from day one. A different programme is coming for you.
  • You are shopping for AI training content rather than AI training outcomes. This cohort costs £1,499. If you cannot see how the workflows you build will earn that back in the first quarter, choose a different programme.

Common questions

I am not technical. Can I do this?

Yes. The cohort is built for non-coders. You will not write code. Claude Code does that. Rundock is the visual workspace. If you can describe what you want, you can build with this. Every session comes with troubleshooting prompts and live cohort support.

Do I need to pay for Claude separately?

Yes. Claude Pro is £20 a month. Claude Code is included in Claude Pro. Rundock is free.

Do I need a Mac?

For Cohort 1, yes. Apple silicon (M1 or later) only. Rundock runs cleanly there. Cohort 2 will support Windows and Intel Macs. If you are on Windows, join the Cohort 2 waitlist instead.

How long is each session?

The Module is 60 minutes. The Builders Clinic is 90 minutes. Two live sessions per week. Plus an async lesson (~60 minutes to read and complete). Total: about 5 hours per week.

What if I miss a session?

Recordings posted within 24 hours. Yours forever. Showing up live is the best experience but you do not fall behind if you miss one.

I already use ChatGPT every day. Why do I need this?

ChatGPT is extremely powerful and stops at the point you have to copy and paste. An AI Operating System turns those outputs into finished, published work, integrated into your actual workflow, written in your actual voice. That is the difference between using AI and building with it.

Can I use the skills and agents I build for client work?

Yes. The skills are yours. The agents are yours. The workspace is yours. Drop them into any project, share them with your team, build delivery systems around them. Many participants who run agencies or coaching businesses end up productising parts of their OS for clients.

What happens after the four weeks?

You keep everything. Recordings, curriculum, skills, agents, workbook, community. Plus lifetime access to the Builders Slack and the option to drop into future Builders Clinics. If you want bespoke help rolling this out across your team, see our team rollout service.

Will this make me redundant?

Only if your current work is work that does not need you. The AI Operating System frees you up to do the work that does.
