Cascade
Train internal champions to extend the work.
Identify the people inside the organisation who will own the ongoing rollout. Train them to build, extend, and own it. The goal is internal capability, not permanent dependency on us.
Embed
Make it the default way of working.
Integrate AI-native practice into hiring, onboarding, and operating rhythms. The engagement ends when the organisation can maintain and extend the system without us.
